You are operating from a false premise, based on the wrong assumptions, over-reliance on math (risk stratification), and incomplete data, which leads you to wrong conclusions... and you simply cannot see it. Keep in mind this is a very minor (in a sense) and very specific point that I'm "attacking" in your analysis. And it is quite funny when I'm being accused of looking only at the partial picture when this is exactly my argument against you, which is a false premise & false assumptions >>> inability of seeing the big picture here.
