Pfizer's conclusion from same doc: "There were no safety signals that emerged from the review of these cases of use in pregnancy and while breast feeding." Seems like the CDC just repeated Pfizer talking points. (And, like a lot of "science" lately, the conclusion does not follow from the data reported.)
