My mom complains that the term “Bill of Rights” obscures the points contained therein. She also points out that the first 10 Amendments have special significance and are at an infinitely higher Lawful position than subsequent amendments. She’s likely correct. In fact, Washington was not installed as President until they were agreed to and ratified.
