The Israeli Govt has always said that all Palestinians are Hamas, that there are no civilians in Gaza. But the opposite is true. Every Israeli citizen ( with the exception of the Ultra Zionists ) on turning 18 must do National Service in the military and are thereafter enrolled in the reserves.

So the reality might be that there are no Israeli civilians.

Having said that, there are jewish voices in Israel opposing what their regime is doing and those people are being arrested, beaten and jailed.
