Thank you for your kind words about my uncle, Aimee. I should add some more context to my position: My daughter's best friend, Maddie, was a victim of the Islamic man who drove a van through Nice in 2016. She was visiting for Bastille Day, from Canada, and she and group were caught in the crowds he mowed down. Fortunately she survived despite her injuries, but several in her travel group did not.

My grandparents harboured their Jewish neighbours in the WW 2, when they were Germans living in Poland; throughout their lives they had nothing but praise for their hardworking, peaceful Jewish neighbours. Currently, my Jewish neighbours here in BC have flown to their second home in Calgary where their children attend university , because they are afraid for the safety of their two blond teenaged Jewish daughters, because bands of young ProPalestinians are driving around the neighbourhood loudly declaring their anti Jewish rhetoric.

I do not agree with Jewish teachings, but no Jews want to hurt or kill me, my friends or family, for not doing so. I'd rather live in peace with Jews than be subject to the endless terror imposed by Muslims upon entirely innocent people.
