They absolutely knew it would not stop transmission. An intermuscular vaccine will never stop infection of the mucosal nazal passages (the immune systems are separate) thus will never stop the spread. This is immunology 101. Fauci and all the others know this. Vax is a therapeutic. They tried to build a mucosal vax (inject into nose) in past but created too many neuralogical issues with proximity to brain. But it is easy to get the public on side because the subject matter is complicated and most dont want to bother with researching; just trust experts. The experts lied to get sales, push universal vacc agenda, great reset, whatever. which has always been the plan; failed in past with MERS and SARS and will fail again. Except this time they did massive damage on many levels. Tragic and sad.
