Steve Baker asked an AI program for a biography of Trump and of Biden. The biography of Trump was full of negative connotations, that of Biden was positive. How could this impartial software be so partial? Simple. AI just repeats what it's heard. The media are chock full of biased political commentary. AI draws from that. There's not a snowball's chance that it is going give a reasoned, unbiased biography of the two men.

I would never trust AI to give an insightful, reasoned assessment of anything. Why on earth would we think software is wiser than humans; and I'm not all-in on human judgment. Nobody in the world knows precisely what I know, has experienced exactly what I have experienced, formed exactly the same conclusions I have formed. Tell me again, what the hell do I need or want AI for?
