I agree the perpetrators should be given a fair trial. I just don’t see that happening in the context of our current structures. Government at every level has been corrupted thoroughly. I think we’re going to need citizens tribunals to fairly adjudicate the charges against these politicians and bureaucrats.

I think it’s important, too, to understand that the politicians we elect and the bureaucracies they create are NOT our government. We the People are. These politicians and bureaucrats are only the current set of administrators we’ve hired to manage our affairs and they’ve quite mistakenly come to believe that they are the ultimate authority. I firmly believe that breaking one’s oath to uphold our Constitution should be a capital crime.
