Could some knowledgeable person on the board explain what kind of information TokTok gathers that would be useful to the Chinese government, and how this differs from/is more serious than other personal information gathered by, say, purchasing something directly from China, subscribing to a Chinese journal, etc. etc.? This is a real question. I'm interested....
