Isn't it true that the authorities are redistributing some Alipay assets to other too-big-to-fail companies? So, "Carve up the Alipay monkey and redistribute as needed to Baoshang chickens"? I'm still not clear about my reading of this latter strategy, and would welcome clarification from others....
