Kissinger worships power, and his "realism" (and paid consulting) lead him to defer to foreign authoritarian regimes (Russia, China) without moral scruple--also exemplified when he had the ear of power in the U.S.(Cambodia, Chile). I give Rudd a lot more credit for moral integrity than that...
