You're right on this point but it's more than just healthcare for American citizens. It's a systemic destabilization of basic needs. Housing, food, water, employment, living wage, everything that constitutes life sustainability. There's always money for the industrial military complex and proxy countries to gorge themselves on. American citizens are slowly becoming Gazans within our borders. I'm enraged by it! People slave away at multiple jobs to stay afloat and keep sliding further into a dystopic living environment.
