You will smell horrible. It's a weird thing. You can't really smell it by sniffing yourself, it just seems to follow you around. People will comment on the smell for sure. Start with 5ml of pure DMSO mixed with 5ml of distilled water for internal use. Make sure to use a clear glass jar for mixing and ingesting. It's a powerful solvent, so no painted ceramic mugs and definitely no plastic! It comes in a plastic bottle so there are some kind of plastic it won't dissolve but I wouldn't take the chance when glass is so safe and readily available. You can go up to 30ml DMSO with 30 ml water, taken daily. Oh, and it's the most horrible thing you ever tasted. Works miracles though.
