That might be the best suggestion in this whole discussion. $100,000 in Rubles, $100,000 in Rand, $100,000 in Bitcoin, $100,000 in Baht... and soon you will be talking real (survival) money. Multiply by 10 or 100 for big shooters, but the 100's will generally surf above our peasant considerations and will have their jets sorted out like Goldfinger's Rolls.
