I agree with your gist but doubt there will be a Woodrow Wilson III. In fact what we have now is what would have happened had there not been a Woodrow Wilson I - viz., various regional conflicts that have existed from time to time. It was Woodrow Wilson and Henry Cabot Lodge that laid the foundation for Nazi Fascism - a race based foreign thinly veiled under pretence of ethnicity i.e., "historical claim". The US should have never entered into what is deemed WW I.
