even better would be to minimise all spikes. you can reverse it in 4 months with willpower. i tend to mix it up with my fasting but do two 24 hour fasts a week, the rest of the time is usually 18h a day. i dont restrict calories when i do eat, i just choose foods that dont spike insulin
