Men know all of these things and acknowledge women athletes without belittling them as inferior athletes. This has been known for over half the 20th century and up to the current time.

Men are magnanimous creatures and do not need to dominate or subvert women. I would bet that if there were any athletic events where women exceeded men, the women would be crowing about female superiority. Much like college graduates, there are now more women than men. All we hear is that women are smarter, more ambitious, and they cannot find suitable partners because men are not as successful. Men are gracious, women not so much.
