I too lost a very dear friend. He was 41, an avid surfer and in great shape. He died of a heart attack within a week of getting the booster. He thought he was having terrible back pain for the days previous to dying. He never considered that he had myocarditis. I will never forgive either. I never trusted the medical establishment, but now I've lost trust in so many of my friends who defended the jabs and covid public health bullshit.
