Unless they are in a mandated industry they cannot force you... legally.

This is happening here in NZ - only a few industries are govt mandated - but others are jumping on the bandwagon and not thinking ...

We sponsor a couple of kids from the Philippines to attend school in NZ - both are taking a gap year due to being unvaxxed (cant attend uni)...

Both have been sponsored to work --- the sponsor of one of the kids tried to mandate him and threatened to fire him and cancel his visa.

I made a call to head office and suggested they 'reconsider'... they cannot invent mandates forcing staff to vaccinate any more than they can force employees to lose weight, grow taller or change their hair colour. In I nice way I informed them that if they continue down this path there will be hell to pay because this is discrimination... and I will ensure the boy understands his rights.

The next day the boy gets a call -- it's all good. Water under the bridge... happy days.

Didn't even need to spend a dime on a lawyer's letter
