Never fear, as that will make your immune system tank out. Take care of your physical and mental health and read up on how to go about that. It will keep you busy from fear and despair. Thank God every day for your blessings and you will feel your spirit lifting. Go for walks if possible. I recommend all these things as I have been able to overcome the worry and anxiety that plagued me.
