"People are getting their life advice from chronically miserable freaks like Jordan Peterson"
Not a fan of the guy, but I'd like to see someone explain what it is about him that they dislike. You're not the first person I've seen disparage him without an explanation.
"The majority of my readers are leftists."
Why do you assume that, and why do you use obsolete categories like 'left' and 'right' when the real conflict is between the elites and everyone else?
"People would be faster to abandon the false hope of space colonization..."
I don't know too many people who pin their hopes on space colonization, but I do know scientists and engineers are talking about space as a possible source of energy and minerals, and as a place to manufacture things by taking advantage of zero-gravity, ultra-low temperatures and near perfect vacuum. Have you read the literature on any of this? It doesn't seem like it.
Last question: Do you actually read the comments? I haven't seen you reply to any of them. In the print world a writer presents something they feel the reader could benefit from knowing. In the online world, that can work both ways. Writers can be informed by their readers in areas the reader has more knowledge of. If you're not working to that paradigm I have no objection. I just want to be sure who I'm talking to here.
