Non Complying means not just refusing to participate in the mask/test/distancing nonsense but refusing to participate in the endless circular arguments about variants/rates/graphs/charts and the rest of the garbage that people are trapped into debating - which is PART OF THE AGENDA as it legitimizes the fraud.
