I think you're arguing against moral "relativism", or some caricature of it. I assure you that I abhor the viewpoint you're thinking of as well.
What I am saying is that there is no such thing as objective morality, or objective "relative" morality either. If any of the bad things you describe happens, the universe does not care.
All morality is negotiated on a socio-political playing field among sentient actors who do care. Outside of that context, morality does not exist. Within that context, it depends on what the various players care about, and upon their mutual ability to strike back against others who offend their interests.
When you don't have a reasonable balance of power, you do not have morality. When we allow players of such titanic power that they cannot be touched, it just becomes elephants stepping on ants.
When striking back turns to war, again you have no morality.
If we want morality to work, we must respect its limitations and its ultimate fragility. It isn't just a given.
