Thanks for sharing that. I also am unvaxxed, and may have had two mild cases of covid in 2020. Several times since then, particularly in 2021, I have experienced episodes of random heart-racing. Jitteriness and anxiety were not involved, other than reasonable concern about what was going on with my heart. Sleep seems to be fine, except that I need a lot more of it than I used to. Once, in March of 2021, I started feeling weird while crossing a street, and barely made it to the other side before momentarily blacking out and falling. On another occasion, I felt like I was close to having a heart attack. I'm generally pretty healthy, and nothing like these had ever happened before. I feel normal now, though, and have for some time, perhaps all of 2022. Maybe long covid lasts for about a year?
