Yeah, this stuff is happening on levels of the board we cannot see. But we can see some of the effects, and watch as the chickens come home to roost. As for BIS, City of London, BoE etc... they are all part of the 'Great Failure,' all interconnected to the point that 'where they go one, they go all' to borrow from the Q-anons. Only banks far removed, and somewhat independent, Bank of Russia perhaps, will be able to navigate through the shrapnel when the system explodes. And these things happen in an ever-accelerating trajectory, as always. As for what comes after, we will have to wait and see.
