The 'covid free village' will quickly self destruct from paranoia, and the fact that a continuously 'vaccinating' population is the one most likely to get infected with covid. They couldn't prevent covid from getting to Belgium's research station in Antarctica, so the village will be a covid nightmare with ever increasing restrictions on where the villagers are allowed to go.
