My biggest disagreement is with the so-called atheist libertarians. They seem to believe that morality is inborn and just "pops" into being within ourselves. "The Golden Rule" they say, "is all you need." High trust/high function societies are the rare exception, not the norm. And if the Golden rule and its benefits were so obvious, why is it not practiced by everyone? Without a strong spiritual driver, social commandments become social contracts, and contracts are open to negotiation.
