The demoralization of our nation and the westernized world has been thorough.

What people need is something bigger than themselves in the grand scheme, something worth dying for it it came to that. Then they'd fight for it here on earth. God has been removed from our world, hence the demoralization, by that very design.

As someone famous once said, if there's nothing worth dying for then there's nothing worth living for!
