It is hard. The enemy is insidious. The enemy is well funded. It is so The one-party state is so entrenched that it can see hopeless. It is an oppressive force, and with power comes not only the thirst for more power but a sort of drunken need to exert that power. But I think it is unsustainable.

I remain hopeful that there are young people who are catching on, who are seeing the inconsistencies and contradictions, who will (eventually) see behind the curtain. Raising awareness, counter the rewriting of history by keeping the receipts. Freedom is powerful. Oppression is expensive. If we keep at it, we can help it collapse of its own excesses.
