Yes it was a miraculous turn-around. As soon as The Party seized control of DC again, all those dangerously untested, unproven doses sitting in warehouses became 'safe' they also became essential not just for those at risk of complications from a flu bug, but for all creatures large and small to "stop this thing now". I guess vaccines are like wine - they have to age a bit before they become good...?????
