Photo guess. I'm guessing looking west over what is becoming the west buildings of Central Park (based on what looks like the beginning of Parkview Green's square footprint in the right center). So that would be Soho Shangdu being built? Photo from east part of Central Park (or is it from Grand Millenium)?
