When these Zionists and their congressional toadies resort to the dirtiest, most despicable trick in the book, namely accusations of antisemitism against critics on the left or anywhere in the political spectrum, it shows only that they have no argument! Antisemitism has become a virulent scourge, not because it is supposedly rising or spreading, but because organizations such as the ADL, the Zionist/Israeli lobby and Israeli operatives are doing to others exactly and openly what they do not want done to them: namely, intimidate, slur, slander, libel, defame, extort, persecute and destroy. Antisemitism is being weaponized against the left in order to discredit leftist critics, and to ensure that leftist politicians, like Jeremy Corbyn, do not get elected or re-elected. It is also being weaponized, as Max Blumenthal pointed out in a recent webinar (youtube.com/watch?v=CSx…) with him and Israeli historian Ilan Pappé in order to manufacture panic within the Jewish diaspora and make them feel unsafe. To quote Max, "If we Jews flourish in the diaspora as we're doing in the United States where we continue to enjoy a Golden Age, it negates the very justification for Zionism." Later in the interview, Ilan Pappé makes the trenchant point that one is not supporting terrorism by supporting the Palestinians, one is supporting terrorism by supporting Israel and the western coalition that enables Israel to commit genocide. I would say that if the worst thing you can be called is an antisemite, the second worst is a terrorist or a supporter of terrorism. One can only hope that people stop apologizing, shrinking and caving in, and start pushing back and loudly proclaiming: Enough of this shit!
