I disagree. His rationale is that mRNA gene therapy (never intended as vax), was for people who were probably going to die. It was more of a Hail, Mary, NEVER intended for general population level treatment. All medicines can be dangerous, depending on dosage, underlying conditions etc. People have OD'd on aspirin. A kitchen knife is dangerous, but is used for good. His efforts were likely to make the therapy work in spite of any dangers. In short, it's possible you are correct, but the evidence I have seen is weak and circumstantial. Far from proof.
