Xi has the 6th Plenum 11.8-11. Can't imagine he will leave China now for this meeting, not nearly important to him as the Plenum, plus can't leave given Delta, too much risk to him and his entourage, and too much time disruption in his return, esp with another important meeting in early December - the Central Economic Work Conference- and then the Olympics
