Hi Bill. Can’t say I have experienced any good Cn restaurants in London. Most suck, in my view. But my oldest daughter and wife reckons the Sichuan Folk Restaurant is good with nice spicy dishes (the missus is Indonesian and we all prefer Hunan, Sichuan over other cuisines).
For me a major improvement in the food scene has been growth of Vietnamese restaurants. There are few nice one in the suburbs.
If you are heading up to Robin Hood country during your UK sojourn let me know. We have a pretty good Cantonese eatery (Mr Man’s) and another that does Sichuan and Cantonese in a village on the outskirts (Charde Oriental).
