He co-sponsored the bill on banning congressional stock trades yet is one of the most prolific traders.

Of course calling this hypocrisy is too simplistic. There is a valid argument that says you need to be able to succeed in the current system to have the credibility to reform the system. Maybe Khanna is playing that game. Alternatively he may just be a slimy two faced politician.
