The point about Israeli/Western intelligence dropping their 5 and 6th eyeball is the simplest explanation for the Hamas cross-borer raid writ large. Hezbollah does not appear to have been in on the Hamas attack, but, once you've got 100,000 Israeli "reservists" committing usual atrocities and getting blown up in the process in Gaza--who knows? This is going to be a no-win for Israel, just a whole lot of pointless destruction. Project De-stabilizing the Middle East all over again.
