The problem with Chinese goods flooding Africa is that they do not allow African industry to develop. The Africans are then doomed to sell raw materials to the Chinese and buy Chinese manufactured goods. They have traded one colonial master for another. I am not sure the Chinese will venture far from China militarily because they don’t see a good ROI in doing so. They laugh at the US being the world cop. They will however seek hegemony in East Asia.
