One day, yes. But the current LLM is nothing like a biological neural network, so we could not compare the scale of connections between the two. It's possible that the LLM architecture is not scalable beyond some intelligence level simply because there is not enough unique training data to get it there. They could invent a better arch, but that is not a project for 18 months.
