Also what about mini nukes? They power the aircraft carriers, and newer designs are up and coming that are even safer and light weight. Why not use those? Decentralize the power grids... far safer and more flexible.... and hey, if you had one, it would be able to charge the damned EV all the time. No waiting for sun to shine, the battery back up to charge etc etc...
