Meant repealed in a bipartisan action. Both parties were compromised with communist ties at that time. So the very people banned, prohibited to be US citizens, pledged to a dangerous religion to our Constitution, we're who repealed this law.

I believe that this law repeal should be "rescinded back to the date it repealed the PL 414, Chapter 2, Section 212 and the Section that Prohibited anyone pledged to the Communist Party to be US Citizens, meaning they and all forward to this day loose their US Citizenship. Because they are Prohibited to be US Citizens!
