The EU is changing slowly towards a one-fiscal and defense policy, a much more independent foreign policy than hitherto, a revamp of NATO towards an EU defense force without America and eventually demands for America to withdraw its troops and nuclear warheads. The EU will negotiate with Russia and China in good faith - all sides will find an ability to compromise on some issues but not on China's fundamental status of State Capitalism.
