There are very few times when a user effectively asks you to upsell them at your SaaS. But one of these times is when they reach a limit on one of your software’s features. You need to have a feature limitation flow That triggers instantly when someone reaches this limit. They’ve signaled to you they’re getting value from your SaaS By maxing out on their credits. Making it the best possible chance you have at upselling them to a higher plan. Here’s the structure of the flow you need to do this: - Overview of current results they are getting - Quantify benefits from upgrading - Show each new feature they’ll unlock - Allow a smooth transition to a higher plan - Utilise urgency and ask for the upgrade now This is not a luxury but a mandatory flow If you're serious about increasing your CLTV
