Joel Stephen Pollack was struck by a drunk driver while crossing a road in Southampton, New York. His life was taken on Memorial Day weekend May 24th 1998, one week after his 34th birthday.

This website is a tribute to Joel and holds all the wonderful memories of his life. We hope you will take the opportunity to explore his world.

Joel strongly believed in helping to improve the quality of life for New York City's underprivileged children. He also cared deeply for animals of all types, especially those who were wounded or mistreated. In his honor, the JSP Foundation was created to raise funds and donate money to organizations that help both children and animals in need.
