These channels will look very different across different specialisms such as technology, sales, marketing and customer support. So it's important that you have a focussed approach for different skill sets. -

It is important to understand the current goals of your business and functionality requirements before selecting your ATS. Effective systems are relative to the state of your organization and can range from a simple spreadsheet or Trello board, to more complex corporate systems such as iCIMS or Workday. I recommend leaders to list their top 5 functionality requirements based on the goals of their team/business and use this criteria during the selection process.
