Write-up: Fever greater than or equal to 38 degrees centigrade; Body malaise; This is a spontaneous report received from a contactable reporter(s) (Other HCP) from Regulatory Authority. Regulatory number: PH-PHFDA-300149589. A 10-year-old female patient (unknown if pregnant) received BNT162b2 (COMIRNATY), on 27Apr2022 as dose number unknown, single (Lot number: FN4075) at the age of 10 years intramuscular for covid-19 immunisation. The patient''s relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: MALAISE (death) with onset 21May2022 at 08:00, outcome "fatal", described as "Body malaise"; PYREXIA (death) with onset 21May2022 at 08:00, outcome "fatal", described as "Fever greater than or equal to 38 degrees centigrade". The patient underwent the following laboratory tests and procedures: Body temperature: greater than or equal to 38 degrees. The patient date of death was unknown. Reported cause of death: "Fever greater than or equal to 38 degrees centigrade", "Body malaise". No follow-up attempts are possible.
