North Wind Pod - Governance & Administration Coordination
- Ensure proper accounting with multi sig funds and call the multisig to action when members vote to spend.
- Engage with the development of a 6 month budget plan
- Act as a reliable point of contact for Official Guild matters
- Assist members in writing proposals, understanding guild incentives & governance structures.
- Practitioners will self-manage the responsibilities of payouts and operational reviews.
- Notion Administration
- Report and remediate intrusions with support from the Notion Administrator
- Pod would split 96,000 BANK amongst 3 practitioners
3 Cross Functional Practitioner Roles
Practitioner Role are cooperative roles of folks working together and learning while doing the role.
Practitioner Role Holders should have experience in a previous role or support role
Responsibilities will be divided amongst the 3 Practitioners.
Budget will be divided evenly across the 3 roles at 32,000 BANK per practitioner
Season 6: Refine Guild Administrative Skills Learned in previous guild roles.

East Wind Role - Research Education Coordination
Also known as instructional coordinators or school directors, education directors research, develop and evaluate the curricula, teaching procedures and educational materials within an institution. Educational directors can work in schools, universities, business, and even non-profit organizations. They may also act as mentors and advisors. Article Referenced

- Create a Talent Pathway for Researchers in the Research Guild
- Assist Research Projects in developing educational workstreams
- Work with Edu Guild to develop Educational Content for Survey Creation, Survey Data Analysis, and Research Reports.
- Facilitate Apprentice Program for the Role
- Season 5, 13 weeks, 1 week off = 60,000 BANK for Season 5
East Wind Role support role
- In the lab for 3 hours a week
- 1 hour priorities meeting a week (onboarding call, office hour, governance & operations)
- 1 hour work together session
- 1 hour in the 🧪lab, available for members to jump in and ask questions or request guidance
- Active Member in Education Guild and/or Project Management Guild
- Mostly stable internet connection. Able to assist in hosting live educational sessions.
KPIs to track:
- assist in talent tracking
- list accomplishments in Dear Next Role Holder
- assist with cohort administration
Funding:
- 3,000 bank per week for 12 of 13 weeks in Season 4 —> 36,000 BANK
South Wind Role - Membership Coordination
- Help shape a welcoming Discord experience.
- Member support and Research Talent mentorship.
- Involved in Recruitment and Onboarding of New Talent to the Guild
- Facilitate Apprentice Program for the Role
- Season 5, 13 weeks, 1 week off = 60,000 BANK for Season 5
South Wind Support Role
In the lab for 3 hours a week
- 1 hour meeting a week (onboarding call, office hour, governance & operations)
- 1 hour meeting in a different time zone
- 1 hour in the 🧪lab, available for members to jump in and ask questions or request guidance
- Availability for 1o1 calls with new members
KPIs:
- Teaching the fundamentals of guild and dao tooling → Coordinape, Gnosis, Sesh bot, snapshot
- provide support to at least 1 role holder directly
- join scope squad for 1 guild knowledge sessions
Funding:
- 3,000 bank per week for 12 of 13 weeks in Season 4 —> 36,000 BANK
West Wind Role - Guild’Lationships
- Active Member of Daolationships Guild
- Build reciprocal relationships with other guilds and projects
- Coordinate with other Guilds for identifying research needs
- Facilitate Apprentice Program for the Role
- Season 4, 13 weeks, 1 week off = 60,000 BANK for Season 5

- Organize weekly/bi-weekly knowledge sessions (west wind hour) where research-related topics/skills will be taught
- Source for teachers to facilitate knowledge session coordinated by west wind role holder.
- Scout for opportunities where taught skills/acquired knowledge can be applied by guild members.

2 Support Roles Member Care - East & South
The members working in these positions will be held accountable by The Guild’s membership at large. Should a member working in this position consistently not fulfill the expectations and duties required of them in this role, The Guild’s membership may vote to remove the member from this office, and vote to approve a replacement.
