The Main Street Champion Interest Form
Thank you for agreeing to becoming a “Local Investment Champion” for your community. Let's review some key points about what we're doing:
 
* RESPONSIBILITIES – This designation carries only one responsibility – that you allow us to put your name on a public list as a contact point for others in your community (or region) looking to develop the local investment field locally. What you do next – create a study group, publish lists of resources, launch a local investment club, open a local investment fund – is totally up to you.

* NONEXCLUSIVITY – We hope ultimately to list multiple champions in each city. We don't want you to be lonely.

* LIST MAINTENANCE – For now, we will maintain this list manually. Ultimately, we will automate. Please let us know by email (jen@main-street-journal.com) whenever you want to update your information. Give us about a week to handle your changes.

* CONTACT – Occasionally, we may ping you with questions or requests. We will not sell this list to anyone.

* EXIT – This relationship only lasts as long as you are happy with it. If you want out, we'll remove your name from the list.
