About 14 years ago I moved to Shanghai for what would become the most formative couple of years of my career in Tech. On seeing some of today’s messages for international women’s day, I reflect on the women at EF Education First that made that experience what it was. I am grateful today for the incredible women that welcomed me, taught me, championed me and ultimately helped nurture my goals and ambitions both professionally and personally. We spanned continents, cultures, ethnicities, races, ages, interests and passions. Thank you to these women who have since made such a great impact on our industry and our communities. Jane Yip, Zoe Zhou, Jen W., Cynthia Virassamy, Beverly Chung, Jenny-Ann Axson Johnson (she/her), Fiona Mackie, Jessica Wehage, Madeleine Thun, Ania Pritchard, @ Lily Yu, Aly Ahearn, Kim Nixon, Virginie Cailleau, Jean Wright, Cathie Cayaba - Ma, MBA, Sam S.

Nikita, I couldn't have said it better myself! In my life, it was one of the most formative experiences, the one that truly helped me see what type of woman I wanted to be
