Flexible work is here to stay

The rise of hybrid work and the successful large-scale pilot of a four-day working week shows that the future is flexible. Despite looming recession, experts in the evolution of work believe there's been a shift in how knowledge workers think about their jobs. LinkedIn research shows more than a third would quit if they had to return to the office full-time. Is presenteeism over? As one workplace strategist told LinkedIn, when people are getting their work done, flexibility is a "no brainer".
